1. Deadline
A consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, send an unambiguous statement before it expires. Starting an ongoing digital service does not by itself remove the right. Early expiry for a fully performed service or immediately supplied digital content applies only when every statutory condition is met.
2. How to exercise the right
Send the statement to [email protected] or to Yetly Jakub Kosiński, Brzozy-Brzeziny 13, 05-220 Zielonka, Polska. You may also use Google Play’s refund workflow. We will confirm receipt of an electronic statement.
3. Effects
Where withdrawal is effective, payments subject to reimbursement are returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise. Google Play may technically execute the reimbursement. If a service began during the period at your express request, the law may require payment proportionate to what was supplied before withdrawal.

5. Complaints are separate
Withdrawal is separate from remedies for non-conformity. Even if withdrawal is unavailable or the deadline has passed, mandatory repair, price-reduction, termination or refund rights may still apply.
