1. Fastest method in the app
Open Fretuno → Profile → Privacy and data → Delete all data. Read the warning and confirm. Keep an internet connection until the app confirms completion. The app first deletes the backend and RevenueCat record and then clears the local database, preferences, session and memory-only lesson state.
2. What is deleted
- Local profile, settings, onboarding and lesson progress, training sessions, answers, mastery and subscription projection.
- Pseudonymous API UUID, sessions and subscription projection.
- Webhook receipts connected to the UUID and the Fretuno RevenueCat customer profile.
- Remaining copies in rolling PostgreSQL backups as they expire, no later than 14 days unless preservation is legally required.
3. What is not canceled or remotely erasable
Deletion does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play subscriptions. Google keeps order, payment, fraud-prevention and statutory records under its own legal duties. Data stored only on a lost or inaccessible device cannot be remotely erased by Fretuno; use Android device controls where available.
4. Request without app access
Email [email protected] with the subject “Fretuno data deletion”. If available, include the pseudonymous backend user ID from a prior Fretuno JSON export and enough information to explain the request. Because Fretuno does not maintain named accounts, we may request proportionate verification and may be unable to locate a record from an email address alone.
5. Timing and exceptions
Authenticated in-app deletion is initiated immediately. Email requests are handled without undue delay and within GDPR time limits. We may retain a narrowly limited record where required by tax, consumer or claims law, and will explain an applicable restriction.
6. Export first
Use Export my data in the same Profile section before deletion if you want a local JSON copy. Deletion is irreversible.
